The Recreation ‘Rec’ Day Program offers students from regional and local schools an exciting field trip filled with sport instruction and participation in a variety of sport activities. A recreation swim in our 50-metre pool and an all-you-can-eat lunch at the Residence Cafeteria is included in the cost of the day (there will be a $9 lunch fee for all teachers and parent volunteers). With our exceptional facilities and welcoming staff, we maintain our commitment to provide a high quality sports program in a safe and fun environment.
Students will receive basic instruction and active participation in approximately five of these sports:
BASKETBALL, DODGEBALL, EUROPEAN HANDBALL, FENCING, FIELD HOCKEY, RUGBY, SOCCER, TENNIS, BADMINTON, ULTIMATE FRISBEE, VOLLEYBALL
***REGISTRATION OPENS 8:00 AM FEBRUARY 1st, 2011***

A regular Rec Day runs from 9:30am-3:30pm, but can be adjusted to suit your travel arrangements. The standard recreation swim time is between 2:30 and 3:30. Alternate swimming arrangements may be made, such as early swim or extended swim, but are subject to additional costs.Time
