This one week camp will teach kids about one of the greatest sports created – Ultimate (also known as Ultimate Frisbee).  Not only does Ultimate embrace the athleticism, endurance and strength of sport, ingrained into the sport is a true respect for sportsmanship and spirit of the game.  In one short week, participants will learn the 10 simple rules about Ultimate, catching, throwing, breaking the mark, how to set up a simple offence and how to play defence.  Each day, players will apply what they have learned in a scrimmage and will be encouraged to play with the highest level of spirit and respect for their opponent.

Ages: 9 – 13

Time: 8:30am – 4:30pm
