Both sports will be played on Sundays at the Carleton University Ravens’ Nest, home of the six-time national champion Ravens men’s basketball team. The season begins September 27.

Carleton now offers five Adult Recreational Leagues – Basketball, Hockey, Soccer, Volleyball and Water Polo.

Whether you are looking to get together with friends or meet new ones, try something new or play something you already love, keep fit or just have fun, we offer a variety of sports at different levels. Take advantage of the state-of-the-art facilities at Carleton and register now!

Adult recreational league are open to the public. Participants do not have to be Carleton students or staff.

We offer Men’s and Women’s Divisions. All games will be played during weekday evenings, NO WEEKEND games! (exceptions may be made).

  • Deposit of $450 required.
  • Team entry fee is $4,395.
  • Team fees include:
    • 21 regular season games + a minimum of 2 playoff games and a maximum of 9.
  • All divisions are non-contact
  • New 35 + division
  • Standings and Statistics updated shortly after games on the league web site
