Looking for something more intense, then check out the wide range of Specialty Fitness Classes. Bootcamp and our Aerobic Kickboxing classes are sure to get you out of your fitness rut and back on track in 2012. Perhaps you want to try something unique? Then take a look at our Tabata class, Cardio Jam and many more.
If cardio is what you are looking for then let our Group Cycling instructor guide you in fun ways to increase your heart rate. You’ll be sweating up a storm in no time.
More inclined to kick and punch your way to fitness? Check out our Kickboxing programming. You may not consider yourself a sensei just yet, but this class is a great place to start.
