Yoga: Don’t be deceived by the misnomer of “Beginner Yoga”. Hatha yoga refers to an ancient practice which encompasses various postures, breathing and meditation. It is appropriate for any level. Carleton Athletics offers a number of other yoga disciplines, if you are looking for variety in your yoga practice.
