Payment Schedule

• 10% partial payment required upon signing and confirmation of rental reservation
• Balance owing 30 days (one month) prior to rental OR credit card authorization for monthly installments starting 30 days (one month) prior to rental / final payment one month prior to end date of rental

Refund Policy

• 30 days (one month) notice required for cancellation of rental
• 10% partial payment is retained
• If cancellation is prior to the 30 days (one month) notice a refund will be issued on the payment received minus a $25 administrative fee
• In the event the department must cancel a full refund will be issued (no administration fee)

Withdrawal

• In the event a rental group wants to withdraw during their rental agreement, 30 days (one month) notice is required (30 days will be retained by the department if proper notice has not been provided)

Damage Deposit

• Damage deposit will be collected for special events (one off rentals) @ $500 per facility rented

Insurance

• Proof of insurance is required
