Carleton University has several parking lots and offers annual parking permits, daily flat rates and short-term parking options for the convenience of students, staff, faculty, and visitors. Although Carleton University is publicly funded, no funding is directed towards maintenance, expansion, or any other parking related operating expense. Revenue generation from a “user pay” system provides funding necessary to support the parking ancillary, as well as other University initiatives.

Parking Permit Renewals
Permit renewals for Faculty and Staff permit holders will take place in early May. Price increases for parking permits have not been finalized at this time and approvals are expected on April 30th.
