Travel

A contract with VIA Rail has been negotiated with CAUBO members and is valid until December 31, 2013.

Our corporate identification number is 710810.

The corporate identification number must be provided when booking on-line or via telephone ticket sales office to receive the corporate discount fare.

Photo ID is required when picking up tickets at the station.

For walk up ticket purchases at VIA Rail stations, you must provide the corporate identification number or Carleton University ID in addition to Photo ID.

The discount structure is as follows:

1) Discount applies to 10% off best available regular public fare.

2) Up to 3 additional passengers can travel with an employee.

3) Discount can be applied to leisure as well as corporate travel.
