Surplus and Obsolete Sales List

Carleton University Asset Disposal Program is presently offering for sale the following items on an “As is, where is – F.O.B. Carleton University basis”. NO warranty, express, implied, or offered is available on this merchandise. The sale is open to one and all, however, preference will be given to UNIVERSITY DEPARTMENTS AND SCHOOLS.

Inspection prior to submitting an offer will be the responsibility of the bidder.  Carleton University reserves the right to withdraw any item prior to the final sale.  The highest or any offer will not necessarily be accepted.  Any and all taxes, or duty, where applicable, will be to the buyer’s account.  The purchaser shall be responsible for any removal of the goods sold.  The University does not assume any liability for injury or loss incurred in the inspection, removal, use or handling of the listed herein. Please note that only the successful bidder will be contacted.

All written offers must indicate:

1. the item(s) + item number

2. amount of bid

3. whether it is a personal bid or one made on behalf of a Carleton University department (in which case, please provide an I.C.B. with account number)

4. include your telephone number and e-mail where you can be contacted during the day.

PAYMENT BY CHEQUE OR EXACT CASH ONLY.
NO BID UNDER $5.00 WILL BE ACCEPTED.
